Exclamation Ringtone error

There's something wrong with my blackberry 8320, since i bought it... when i go to profiles/advanced/normal/phone/TUNE when i choose a song of mine... let's say a song from BLACK EYED PEAS.. or something from my media.. when i chose it and i receive a call it doesn't rings with the music i set up. it rings with the default ringtone.. but it just happens when i try to put a song of mine as a ringtone, because when i put any of the ringtones that comes with the blackberry it rings right. WHAT CAN I DO??!

Does this happen in all profiles? I 'fixed' a similar problem by creating a custom profile.

if the file is in the music file. Try moving it to the ringtones folder. If that solves the problem, then your device isn't reading from the music folder.

Go to media. Hit menu>explore. Navigate your way through the media card to the music folder. Open it and find the song. Hit menu>move. The hit navigate back and then enter the ringtones folder. Hit menu>select here.

Yes, definitely try something a lot smaller. Go to these sites for ringtones.

Mytinyphone.com
Funformobile.com
Waptrick.com
