Need some help with my Blackberry - eVeek

I'm having several problems with my Blackberry 8520. Can you help out?

1) Every time I reboot the Blackberry it removes any customization I had previously done (oddly though, it ADDS things I had deleted from the system)

2) Reboots take like 20 minutes

3) Can you only have one non-default theme installed at a time? I had Aura installed and working nicely, then tried Scenic. It replaced Aura in my Themes list. So I removed all the theme files and reinstalled Aura. Now it's just plain not working.

4) Which leads me to this: I've paid for a theme from Elecite that isn't working either, but I believe it has to do with the other problems. I can't seem to get ANY theme to work properly now. Ideas?

New question to add! I checked Elecite's FAQs and it said:

I installed the theme, it's under Applications but it does not show up under Options>Themes?
After installing the theme, remove and reinsert the battery in order to refresh the device. The theme will then be selectable from the Options>Themes list. If it still does not work, then you will need to upgrade your BlackBerry device to at least version 4.5. Also, the preset Dimension Today, L, and Zen themes must be installed. If you are missing any of these themes then you will need to reinstall your operating system or upgrade.

I don't have any of those preset themes. What's up with that? Where can I get them?

Did you actually remove the default themes from your phone? Can't do that dude.

Sounds like you need to reinstall your OS.
