E-Mail help - eVeek

Everytime I get an E-mail I get the e-mail along with a message saying "n:m=1=1" with the number being higher depending on how many emails I have and I want to know how to stop those texts.

I need some assistance please. I have always been able to open my attachments to my email on my curve until recently. I can see the attachments but when i click the attachment there is no longer the option to open. HELP thanks!

Is it just one particular email that won't open or is it several emails from different people? If its just one it sounds like they sent an inadequate file and they need to compose another email with a new attatchment and resend it.
