Bplay is not so good !

I just tried downloading a $4.99 theme from Bplay.com . They grabbed the $4.99 pretty easily but when they sent me the link to download the themes, a link showed up that was very hard to navigate, had no themes in it and a bunch of game advertisement instead.

After 30 minutes of trying to figure this out, I give up !

I still don't have what I paid for and, by the way, no support email was included with the receipt email sent to me from Bplay...

I posted that last post yesterday. I finally got it to work. It would of been so much easier if they allowed toy to just download the app installer on a desktop ! I got it to finally werk and I do like the theme ...

Well hey glitches like that occur quiet a bit on store sites like bplay. Its the customer service that ruins everything

If you find a theme on bplay chances are we got it on our site here. If you buy it directly from us, the makers, you'll get alot more satisfaction

Blackberry Owners Lounge is posting 5 free for trial games through Bplay and when you try to download them you get a screen asking if you're a ATT or Tmobile subscriber. If you click ATT, it then tells you that there are no games available for 8310. If you try again and click Tmobile, guess what-it tels you that there are no games available for 8310!

Then if you go directly to Bplay site, they have over 100 games available for 8310! I emailed Bplay (said 3-5 day response to emails) and after about 9 days received a email asking for my telephone number, model number, pin number, and please be patient.

I'm glad I don't treat my customers in this manner because if I did-I'd be out of business in 5 or 6 weeks!

what i can't understand is why some sites will try to make you pay for a theme (not that i'm against paying for a good quality product) when people can just make their own with a program?! lol.

I don't know how they stay in business. I mean, their games and stuff are really expensive, but there are so many places where you can get them for free.

They do not do a good job making themes...they're designers are not creative whatsoever!

Although I would pay for those new elecite themes, if I had the right bberry model for it. Those designers knew what they were doing!so sick!
