Ok finally got around to updating this list after a year of sitting idle as a sticky. If anyone sees any broken links or problems with the listed sites please PM me as I do get busy from time to time and certain threads sometimes get overlooked.

Hello--I was wondering if anyone else has been having problems downloading ringtones on their 7130e. I have been trying to download from the polyphonicringtonez.com/wap but everytime I get to the song to dowload the file, it gives me an error saying "Unable to Open the File" What am I doing wrong?
I am ready to pull my hair out. I have 2 ring tones loaded from a year ago and they are driving me nuts.

Its probably cause the file format is not supported or to large. Have u tried downloading em using your PC and uploading em to your phone with a DM?
