anyone knoe where to get good theme icons that are transparent

There is a thread on here on the first page full of icons. If you take those icons to powerpoint, you can use the transparency function to make them as transparent as you like

Did you mean icons with a transparent background?

Any icon can be made transparent by changing the opacity value

Or by taking off the background manually and setting the export settings of your photo shop properly.
