What version os is your handheld running? I have a pearl 8100 too and maybe 2 of the 11 attempts to download themes worked for me. I think its because most of the dwnloads are for ver 4.2.1 and my phone is 4.2.0 you may be like me and need to upgrade. Just a thought. Good luck!

Hello everyone i am brand new to all of this. I tried installing he themes and did the 30 second reset and everything and still the themes wont pop up on in my themes list. They are in my applications list and i cant edit the permissions and all that stuff (i did not touch anything LOL) but i cannot see them in the themes list. Also for some reason i cannot delete the other themes the phone came with. i highlight the theme and hit the button on the left of the ball and there is no option to delete. I have an pearl 8100. Thanks in advance for all your help!
yup and i just did a master reset and nothing. i guess there is nothing left to do except a hole os reinstall? how is that done? I'm semi newbish at this stuff so bare with me LOL
Um... yeah i'm sure many people do this but......it helps to read all posts before freeking out huh! LOL i just read that my os was not up to date. Downloaded the newest one and installed it and guess what??? the themes work! Wow that was my bad lol but i guess you live and learn. Thanks for the help guys awesome site!!!
can't delete some of the downloaded themes, such as OSX and OSX Zen. Got these through OTA to my 8320 curve. The device is slower than usual - pls. help!!
Really...thats odd. If you want to remove them then go to Options>Advanced Options>Applications hit the menu key and choose remove once you've hilighted the one you want to get rid of
And yes make sure that your OS is at least 4.2.1
