Theme Install Help

Hi all,

Probably being dense here

I have downloaded a theme to my desktop and loaded application manager...

When i try and add the .alt, i get an error saying 'no additional applications designed for your device were found''

Any help greatly apprecaited as this is my first bb...

Many thanks for your reply but not working for me..

Maybe that is because this is for T-mobile and i am on Vodafone and so i cant put my vodafone number in the box to download...

I'll keep trying...

Hey guys I have never done this before and I bought the iphone theme. It sent me the email and when I try to direct my pearl to the website it says to download the theme from my pearl says it cannot retrieve the file? Im sure I'm screwing something up but I would really like to get this working. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Which iphone theme? Which web site?
are you needing ota install files or zip file for desktop manager install?

Its the Iberry black theme [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] thats where I got it. Im not really sure which I need but when I payed for it, it sent me an email instructing me to navigate to a website from my blackberry. When I did it says "could not retrieve file" Im not really sure what I am supposed to do. Thanks for the help

Send bplay an email from within the support section and explain the download link did not work.

Request the zip file download and use the desktop manager would be another option too.

U mean uninstall themes right? Just use the Application Loader, find the one that you want to delete and then uncheck the box next to it and hit next.
