for some strange reason I do everything, after I press add and try to load the theme file, the program tells me "No additional applications for your device were found" I cant figure out why it is doing that. can someone help me figure this out

Default Theme Problems

I haven't seen this posted so I will ask, I have tried all the solutions indicated in the forum and nothing has worked.

The themes that I have downloaded show on the Theme page however they are grayed out and there is no option to activate, suggestions.

I have a BB 7130c with 4.2 OS

Try reinstalling and doing a master reset...and make sure u installed the theme designed for your device

whenever i try to download a theme OTA it says "This is a Wifi service. Please ensure your device has an active wifi connection and try again"

Can anyone help? My carrier is Tmobile.

Yeah i have one. I tried it again when i got home and connected to my router and it worked. Any idea why it wouldnt use an Edge connection instead of the wifi if no wifi is available?
