ok i guess im not understanding this.... i have a sprint blackberry 8330. i have tried downloading threw ota on my phone and it works..."kinda" i can open the message and it downloads....it then tells me the down load is complete. well when it is done where does it go? because it doesnt show up in my themes. and when i try soing it usb it says there a file error?????? im getting really upset this shouldnt be this complicated.
i cant install atheme eithre, did lots of reading,,,no go. i have att but no internet pkg, i just put the chip in and went. do you need to to have a internet pkg to get the app loader to install a theme?

No, the application loader is in your Desktop Manager software. You will need a usb to connect your device in order to load themes (from .zip files)

My phone is the bold 9000 with OS 4.6... the theme says it works only for bold 9000 with OS 4.6 so i didnt screw up there lol

"What version of Desktop Manager are you using? Its probably an older version thats why it wont recognize the apps for your 4.6 Device."
Im using 4.7... i thought maybe i had to use 4.6 but that didnt work.... any ideas?

hi ok....i downloaded the zip file....dragged it to my desktop....went to app loader, went to add and clicked on the .alx file...and it says no additional applications were found on ur device".....how do i fix that?...it also says...if ur adding more themes to ur BB, put the files in the same place where u put the previous ones....however the first few themes added to my BB were done on other computer.....what should i do?....delete them all and start over?
