ell...your instructions were great. Very simple and to the point. However, it didn't work for me. I have a BB 8830. Every step worked and the DL was successful. However, when I reboot my BB and then go to the Themes section of Options, my DL isn't there...just the standard stock themes

Sounds like the theme was not for your device. Make sure that the theme is for the 88xx series and that your OS is compatible. So if the theme is 4.5 make sure your OS is also 4.5. You can find this out by going to options>about. The first screen will tell you what your OS is.

i cant figure this out its downloaded but doesnt show up in themes .help please tried it both ways cant get it to work its under apps but not themes.HELP

No the latest version is 4.5 for the 81xx series. Your probably downloading a 4.5 theme. That's why it shows up in apps but not themes. Its time to upgrade.
