here is the link to the page in the forum where you can download the theme either in zip form so you can install it through the desktop manager. Or OTA directly from the blackberry itself.

Are you asking how do you get the themes downloaded to your blackberry? If you see a theme and its available by OTA you can click on that link and download the theme directly to your blackberry.
