If it's a theme issue or an application issue, master reset should do the fix.
If this doesnt work, there are two more things that might make a difference.
1. Reinstall your OS
2. Get an exchange lol
So here's a step by step tutorial on how to do a master reset the RIGHT way.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Connect your device to your PC and open DM software.
2. Go to "Backup Restore" and hit "Backup"
3. Locate the folder where you'd like to save your file and follow the proccess.
Note: The backup process should take from 2-5min. What it will do, is copy all of your data onto you PC and this includes all appls., media, address book, emails, even your current wallpaper. In other words it will copy EVERYTHING on your PC.
Now when all is done:
4. On your blackberry device go to Options/Security Options/General Settings. Hit "menu" and choose "Wipe Handheld"
Note: Follow the process by typing "blackberry" to confirm the handheld wipe.
When handheld wipe is done:
5. Connect your device to your PC via USB and go to "Backup Restore"
6. This time choose "Restore" and locate the file that u previously saved.
Note: Follow the process and when everthing is done, your device should come back to it's homescreen with all of your data back. It will probably ask you to run "Setup Wizard" and I recommend you do that.
This is called "Master Reset" U're all done and your phone should run nice and smooth.
PS: To bring your browser icons back, go to Options/Advanced Options/Host Routing Table. Highlight the one that's in bold, hit "menu" and select "Register now" That should bring all your browser icons back.
If this doesnt fix the issue you had, then like I said before, only two things might.
1. Reinstall your OS
2. Getting an exchange lol
Hope this helps!
