App Loader won't work......

I think I'm doing everything correctly.

1. Download the zip file to your PC:
2. Unzip the file to a folder (name the folder).
3. Connect your Blackberry to your computer.
4. Open up Desktop Manager –> Application Loader –> Add.
5. Find the file called “ThemeName.alx” and click “OK”.

Just like I've read in other threads. I'm trying to load the theme reader. I get this error message after I click the final "OK"...

"No additional application designed for your device were found"

Any help is greatly appreciated....I'm getting a little frustrated

Ya thats a rather common problem nowadays...what phone do u have and what is the version...check by going to Options>Status

They're shipping me a warranty replacement, it will be here tomorrow. Will the upgrades be included when I do a backup of my old and them restore the new? Or will I have to do them again?
