You've got a 8100 upgrade...IT WILL NOT WORK FOR 8130!!! Very important...it can even ruin the phone

You can download any software provider's version, as long its for your phone model and you remember to delete the vendor xml file

So i downloaded the latest version of desktop manager, 4.6, got that installed back up the 8120, downloaded the version of OS 4.5 for the 8120 from here and installed it. However, when i fire up desktop manager and connect my phone it does nothing, meaning it doesn't prompt for any sort of upgrade whatsoever. I appreciate all your help in advance. Thanks
