Default T-Mobile blackberry 8100 pearl

I downloaded the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and the handhel software for my T-Mobile blackberry 8100 pearl. I use rogers network. I can't find available software for my blackberry to update my operating system. Sometimes, I can't place a phone call. The call process will fail. I was advised by rogers that, I need to download the software [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] from T-Mobile. I followed the instruction on the forum "I deleted the vendor.xml from the apploader folder in order to update my software" I still can't find vailable software application.

Anyhow, once you've got it follow these simple steps

Standard Method

1. Download and install the latest version of [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (unless you already got it)

2. Just in case anything happens...go ahead and backup everything on your phone at this time. Use Desktop Manager to do so

3. Install the new handheld OS you downloaded on your computer.

4. If you have an Operating System version that is not designed for your phone specifically (like a beta OS) than MAKE SURE TO DELETE the vendor.xml file located in c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader. Very important!

The rest is cake, plug in the BlackBerry with the usb cable, and fire up Desktop Manager. You should be prompted to upgrade, just follow the on-screen instructions

PS: Desktop Manager and your phone will work together to upgrade your phone. It takes a LONG TIME (like an hour) so go watch TV or watch the grass grow

I´d take the OS4.5 for blackberry 8320 and erased the vendor.xml file
the 4.6 desktop manager don´t do what you say it need to do

The rest is cake, plug in the BlackBerry with the usb cable, and fire up Desktop Manager. You should be prompted to upgrade, just follow the on-screen instructions

PS: Desktop Manager and your phone will work together to upgrade your phone. It takes a LONG TIME (like an hour) so go watch TV or watch the grass grow

don´t show me the on-screen instructions for install the OS and I steel have the OS 4.2

Please help me
