I purchased a them from elicite but I cant seem to make the theme work. I have already downloaded the required version for my pearl which is v4.5 and installed it to my computer, but when I hook up my phone and open up desktop manager it doesnt seem to find any available updates. What can I do?

Go to C:\program files\common files\research in motion\app loader and delete the vendor.xml file

hey guys im new with bb please let me know how to change my OS on bb 8320 i need video recoder and what softwares i need to change os?

Get the latest desktop manager and install the new OS on your pc (if its not from your carrier delete the "vendor.xml" file) once you plug in your BB the DM should recognize the update and your ready to install it. Keep in mind it takes about 45 minutes. If you need additional help feel free to hit me up

so i dl'd the new OS, but when i plug the phone into the laptop it's not telling me to upgrade it or any kind of instructions. It's a curve 8310 and i dl'd the beta one

no, i never saw anything where i could.
I Downloaded it, plugged the BB in and nothing.

Huh. Cuase I didn't got the beta version... Since am an at&t carrier. I got it of their site. wireless.com\bbdownloads.
