Guys, where can i find latest os for 9500? Handheld was purchased in Ireland in vodafone store and carrier unlocked the device em self. Now using bb in Latvia and carrier is Tele2 (do not support bbb's at all). Latest what i've installed a month ago was v4.7.0.141. Maybe i did something wrong, maybe the os is with bugs (was downloading from rim's webpage), but some things are not working properly or not working at all (did master reset already - did not helped).

So the question is - where can i download latest os?

I've followed the directions about a thousand times, and everytime it says "This application is not compatible with your device and can not be loaded" and i've downloaded all the right software. HELP!

when i got to the part where it's updating on the desktop it stop and said:
"a fatal error has occurred while updating your device's software"
what happened?what's the problem?
(i'm updating my sprint BB curve 8330)

I lost my bb messenger and I do not know how to get it back. Its not on my desktop, or at least I can't find it cuz I never made a backup. And my os is 4.5.0.77. And all the downloads and RIMs website say my isn't compatible, can somebody please help me get it. Idk what to. Anything would be greatly appreciated

Older version, just get it from the installation files for "firmware"

To all BB Pearl 8100 Owners:

Ive tried to upgrade my BB by Formatting it first using RIM Milti-Loader, then installing v4.5.. Yes, it worked.. But after using it for abouy a week of observetion, i noticed that it is now SLOWER 100%.. Note that I've formatted it before applying OS v4.5 that will make it much faster in some way but it was slower..

Now, i'm formatting it again to downgrade it to OS v4.2 again..

Just want to share you my observations.. But if you want to upgrade, go ahead.. =]

Thanks, only problem is that to run bbm 5 I need os 4.5.0.131 and I can't find that anywhere, because 4.5.77 is compatible with the new bbm
