Wow that is pretty intense It could be a hardware issue but I would try to take all software measures first. Do a master reset. If that doesn't work, download and install the latest operating system on ur BB. The update will resolve any and all software issues for sure!

Let me know how that works, best of luck!

You need to make sure you have the latest Desktop Manager and the version of the OS that is for your phone. You may have downloaded the wrong file because a "curve" os could also mean that its for 8300 NOT 8320

Dear Mr.

I want to reinstall handheld OS, but the first question is where can I dowload a free software for blackberry 8300 curve.

Thanks for your help.

Once you download the new OS to your computer do this:

1. Download and install the latest version of Desktop Manager (If there is one)

2. Install the new handheld OS you downloaded on your computer.

3. Delete the vendor.xml file located in c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader (this step is necessary every time an OS is installed from a different carrier other than what is branded on your BB.)

4. Plug in BB and open Desktop Manager. You should be prompted to upgrade.

PS: Just in case, back up your data so you dont loose anything.
