Default Hmmm...I have to wonder..

I will be waiting to see how many people come to you with the error "Request Entity Too Large", Unless you guys have a streaming protocol in the works users will not be able to download the videos to their devices OTA shall we say due to the 5MB limitation..

Anyways, Glad to see someone else bringing some stuff to the table and best of wishes on the venture

Ya you are definetely right on that one...the only real way of getting these files transfered would be via the Desktop Manager...a little inconvenient, but worth it

Your a BlackBerry video expert, gotta put our brains together and bypass this stupid limitation

I've just sent off a PM to Mr.B, with some solutions and my findings, once he reads it, he is more then welcome to share the information with the rest of the eveek admin team, as the solution I have, will possibly require the help of you guys as well

Definately the issue I experienced right away. The site seems like it's geared toward OTA downloadable videos. It also took some time digging to find out if there was something I was missing & finally finding this post in the forums.
I don't mind downloading videos and then converting them. The only problem with that is I tend to watch them on my PC. I know everyone is ready for their BB to be self sufficient when it comes to downloading (orgetting Streamed!,Someday?)video and watching it on their device.
I did find two themes I really like though.

Another thought if there was a download manager software like DAP/Download Acellerator that divides a file into several pieces. That may make it easy in some sense. Be nice to really have the 3 year old 3G that I personally have not witnessed on device or any carrier in the US. Yet some boast their up to date in certain cities. Oh well.

I know exactly what you mean lol. We'll try to get them to stream online...but we'll be prepared for when the BlackBerry world goes 3G and videos will be faster on the phones
